We purchased our hot tub from Emerald Springs in may of last year. After searching around various other places it was apparent that the staff at Emerald Springs valued our business more than anywhere else. They clearly know their product and the industry as well as their competition, also they have been extremely helpful after we took delivery in answering any questions we might have and offering superior customer service. The product is incredible and we have had many hours of enjoyment from the hot tub.The installers were also very helpful and answered all our questions and they were good at teaching us how to use and treat our new hot tub.

It was a snap!! Randy Dumont knows his stuff. He explained how it would work, and bam!! That is how it went down. The delivery team was a little stretched as they brought the tub to Tulsa or about 110 miles. NO PROBLEM!! They did a great job for sure. From the time we selected the spa it took us about 1 month to finish the pad and patio extension. Our electrician was from Colburn electric and he hooked it up and ran the conduit to exactly where it was needed. I'm loving the Grande and the features so much that I have to remember to relax since that is why we bought it in the first place!! Good luck people!!

Absolutely fantastic from start to finish! Trent who sold us our hot tub was extremely knowledgeable and friendly! Charles the installer was great and worked hard to get our hot tub to us. His crew was fast, efficient and also friendly! He gave us a great tutorial. I had a couple of concerns with a small leak and Emerald Springs has Steven the head tech out Monday who was able to resolve a small leak with the drain cap and gave us a great orientation. I highly recommend using Emerald Springs for anything to do with hot tubs! Thank you so much!
